For our SignUpGenius solution, we are looking for a QA Testing Analyst who loves to drill down into the details of product functionality while engaging with different teams to produce superior outcomes with each release. Responsibilities:  

  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and sprint review meetings
  • Test groom stories and bugs to maintain a healthy backlog
  • Create and manually execute test cases based on specific business requirements
  • Refine and document QA policies and procedures, business rules
  • Release regression testing and post-deployment troubleshooting

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, preferably in computer science, quality systems, or IT
  • 2+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst
  • Previous experience with Agile Scrum and use of Jira and Confluence
  • Prefer experience with automated testing execution and test case writing
  • Ability to work on multiple ongoing projects with a team
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Self-motivated and able to handle responsibilities without consistent oversight
  • Passion for learning functionality and digging deep into how things work
  • You must be skilled in task and time management
  • Lastly, you must have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
