The Enterprise Sales Associate will support the enterprise sales efforts for TimeTap and other Lumaverse businesses, including Learning Stream and GoSignMeUp. This role is ideal for a proactive sales hunter who can drive outbound prospecting, nurture inbound leads, and consistently grow revenue. The sales associate will receive strong onboarding, mentorship, and support, including collaboration with a sales-appointed product expert for demos. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new enterprise opportunities while nurturing inbound leads to close.
  • Execute a solution-selling approach, identifying customer pain points and aligning Lumaverse products to solve customer challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product experts and leadership, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Track and maintain accurate pipeline, demo activity, and deal information in HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including demos completed, close rate, and revenue quotas.
  • Actively contribute to team growth through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience that uniquely qualifies you for the responsibilities of this role.
  • Minimum of two years of progressive work experience in B2B sales, business development, or prospecting roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience with solution selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new accounts and achieve sales metrics such as demos, close rates, and quotas.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and education, healthcare, or insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
  • Experience developing and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
